I called Joe, I was in a pinch. I called two other notaries, one told me to drop in, and when I got there said there's a 1.5 hour wait because there's people doing taxes. A called another place on Mission, they told me to come over only 1 client there, they said hurry, when I got there the guy said it's lunch time, you need to wait 30 minutes. Meanwhile, I spoke to Joe earlier, and then told him these first notaries weren't available, Joe said come over. He communicated via text, very professional, very courteous. When I got there he arrived, I needed this document notarized inorder to get some certified documents sent to me. Joe took care of the notary and I was relieved. I really appreciate his professionalism and communication. I will contact Joe for all my notary needs.
